📌 Guidelines on Mystery Capsules

• Mystery Capsules are a surprise, and individual items cannot be requested or guaranteed.
• We do our best to avoid duplicate items in the same order whenever possible.
• Because every capsule is a mystery, not every item is guaranteed to perfectly match your selected theme. We may need to substitute items based on availability.
• Product styles, colors, and designs vary based on inventory and your selected theme. Please keep in mind, theme and color requests are preferences only and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to pick a theme that closely matches your preference.
• If purchasing pet accessories, please ensure you've measured your pet and selected the correct size including any necessary sizing information. More information can be found under the Size Guide for Pets page.
• Mystery Capsules do not include Personalization or Custom Items.
• This is a game of chance, and all Mystery Capsules are packed fairly and at random.

Due to the mystery, personalized, and custom nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, personal preference, or receiving duplicate items from separate orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Once your order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit are generally outside of our direct control, we will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim or helping resolve shipping-related issues whenever possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms before completing your purchase.

Please refer to our 'Return, Refund & Exchange Policy' page to learn more!
