About Our Products
What types of products do you offer?
We create and curate kawaii-inspired accessories for both pets and humans. Our collections may include handcrafted pet accessories, such as sewn bandanas and designed collars, as well as human accessories including jewelry, phone accessories, keychains, decoden-inspired items, and other unique accessories.
We love creating items that help you and your furry companions express your personality and style!
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are designed and created by us, including sewn bandanas, designed collars, and assembled accessories. We carefully select materials and components from trusted suppliers to create unique finished pieces.
Because our items are individually created, slight variations in colors, patterns, placement, and details may occur. These differences are part of what makes each piece special.
Where do your materials come from?
We source fabrics, beads, charms, hardware, and other components from trusted suppliers and vendors. Each material is carefully selected based on quality, appearance, and how it fits our designs.
Do you create your own character charms?
No. At this time, we do not create our own character charms, beads, notebooks, pens, anything that you will see a character displayed on the product and/or item. We do not create the characters or claim ownership of any third-party characters. We source decorative components from suppliers and vendors and incorporate them into our own accessory designs and handmade creations.
All character names, trademarks, designs, and copyrights belong to their respective owners. Our finished accessories are independently designed and assembled using purchased components.
How are your accessories made?
Our accessories are thoughtfully designed and assembled with care. We source a variety of materials and components, including fabrics, beads, charms, hardware, and decorative elements, from trusted suppliers and vendors.
We use these carefully selected components to create our own finished accessory designs, including sewn pet bandanas, designed collars, jewelry, keychains, phone accessories, decoden-style accessories, and other kawaii-inspired creations.
Each piece involves creativity, planning, and hands-on assembly to bring individual components together into a unique finished product.
How are the product materials sourced?
Our team conducts thorough assessments to ensure the materials meet the highest safety and quality standards, providing you and your pets with the best and safest accessory products possible. We source fabrics, beads, charms, hardware, and other components from trusted suppliers and vendors.
Mystery Scoops/Capsules
To provide a wide variety of quality products, we carefully select products from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.
Each item is carefully selected before being included in our Mystery Capsules to ensure it meets our standards for quality and presentation.
What are the beads made of?
Our accessories may feature a variety of high-quality beads selected for their beauty, durability, and design. Depending on the collection, beads may include materials such as glass, acrylic, resin, natural stone, silicone, wood, metal, ceramic, or other specialty materials.
Because we continually introduce new designs and source materials from trusted suppliers, bead materials may vary from one product to another. If you have questions about the materials used in a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
What is decoden made from?
Material composition varies by design. If you have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials (such as metals, latex, or specific plastics), please contact us before purchasing so we can provide additional information about a particular product whenever possible.
Our decoden accessories are decorated using specialty decoden cream and decorative embellishments to create their signature whipped cream-inspired look. Depending on the design and materials available, the decorative cream may be silicone-based or made from other craft materials specifically formulated for decoden art.
Each piece is finished with carefully selected embellishments, such as cabochons, charms, figurines, pearls, rhinestones, and other decorative accents.
Because materials may vary by product or supplier, please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item or concerns regarding allergies or material sensitivities.
Mystery Capsules
What are Mystery Capsules?
Mystery Capsules are surprise collections featuring a variety of kawaii-inspired accessories and collectibles. Each capsule is curated around your selected theme and includes a fun assortment of items waiting to be discovered.
Can I choose what items I receive?
Mystery Capsules are designed to be a surprise experience. While you may request preferences such as themes, colors, or styles, specific items cannot be guaranteed.
We do our best to personalize your experience while keeping the excitement of the mystery.
Will every item match my chosen theme?
We make every effort to coordinate your capsule with your selected theme; however, exact items may vary depending on inventory availability. Not every item is guaranteed to perfectly match the theme.
Can I request a specific character, item, or premium item?
Specific items, characters, or premium prizes cannot be guaranteed or substituted. Mystery Capsules are curated based on available inventory and the mystery experience.
Custom Orders & Personalization
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We may offer custom options depending on the product and availability. Please contact us with your idea, and we will let you know if we can create it. Please also keep in mind that if we don't have the specific figure or style you are looking for, we may be able to order it, but it will take some time. Reach out to us directly to discuss more.Â
Can I request specific colors or styles?
For many products, we welcome preferences and requests. Please note that requests are considered preferences and are not always guaranteed.
Can I change my custom order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Pet Accessories
How do I know what size to order for my pet?
Please refer to our size guides before ordering. We recommend measuring your pet carefully before selecting a size.
If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
Are your pet accessories safe for all pets?
Our pet accessories are designed for normal use but are not chew toys. Always supervise your pet while using accessories and regularly inspect items for signs of wear or damage.
Discontinue use immediately if an item becomes damaged.
How do I care for my pet accessories?

Shipping & Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on the product. Handmade, customized, and Mystery Capsule orders may require additional preparation time. Typically, it takes 3-7 days to create the product and then we ship. Please see "how long does delivery take" on this page.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You'll find estimated delivery times at checkout.
How do I track my package?
After you place your order, you should receive an email with your tracking number/link. Please also check your email spam or junk folder. If you are still experiencing issues, contact us directly.Â
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup may be available for qualifying customers. Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing, customization, or preparation has not begun.
Once an order has entered production, curation, packaging, or shipping, cancellations may no longer be possible. Please visit our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to customers in the U.S. In the future, we hope to offer our products worldwide. Stay tuned for more info!
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom, personalized, and mystery nature of many of our products, some items are final sale.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and help determine the best resolution.

Are these products toys?
No. Our products are collectible accessories and decorative items, not toys.
