Handmade & Custom Products
Handcrafted and personalized items require additional time and care to create. Our current timeframe is 5-10 business days, but may increase due to the nature of the personalization or custom products. We will communicate with you via email if the timeframe exceeds 5-10 business days.Â
By purchasing a custom or personalized product, you acknowledge that:
- Minor variations may occur due to handmade creation.
- Custom products are created based on the information and preferences provided by the customer.
- Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Many of our products are designed, assembled, and finished by hand. Our creative process includes selecting materials, planning designs, assembling components, sewing, decorating, and completing each piece into a finished accessory.
Materials and components used in our products may include fabrics, beads, charms, hardware, decorative elements, and other specialty materials sourced from trusted suppliers and vendors.
While we create the final product design and assembly, some individual components may be manufactured by third-party suppliers. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, characters, logos, or intellectual property incorporated into purchased components.
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, slight variations may occur in color, placement, pattern, texture, and design details. These variations are part of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of each piece.
Mystery Capsules
Mystery Capsules are designed to provide a surprise shopping experience.
By purchasing a Mystery Capsule, you understand that:
- Items are selected based on the chosen theme and available inventory.
- Specific items, characters, colors, or premium items cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.
- Theme requests are considered preferences and may not be fulfilled exactly.
- Mystery products are final sale due to their surprise nature.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if processing, production, personalization, curation, or packaging has not begun.
Once an order has entered production, preparation, or shipping, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances. Our business is located in northern Virginia just outside of Washington, DC.
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier. Please contact us if you experience a shipping issue, and we will do our best to assist.

Due to the personalized, custom, handmade, and mystery nature of many of our products, certain items may be final sale.
