• Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials unless specifically recommended.

To maintain your accessory:

• Avoid pulling, stretching, or placing excessive pressure on beaded pieces.
• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or strenuous activities.
• Store pieces in a clean, dry location when not in use. Keep out of reach of children ages 5 and under. 
• Handle decorative elements gently.

Decoden & Decorative Accessories

Our decoden items feature carefully placed decorative elements designed for normal use. To keep them looking their best:

• Avoid picking, twisting, or pulling decorative pieces.
• Do not place heavy objects on top of decorative surfaces.
• Handle phone cases, pop sockets, hair accessories, mirrors, and other embellished items gently.
• If a decorative piece becomes loose, the best way to fix it sometimes is by using strong craft glue such as E6000. If that does not solve the problem, discontinue use and contact us for tips. 

Fabric Bandana Care

To keep your pet bandana looking its best:

• Follow the specific care instructions provided with your item.
• Hand washing or gentle washing is recommended when possible.
• Use mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals.
• Lay flat or air dry to help maintain shape.
• Avoid high heat drying, which may cause shrinking or affect fabric quality.

Pet Accessory Care

Your pet's safety is always our priority.

For collars, bandanas, jewelry, and other pet accessories:

• Select the correct size and ensure proper fit before use. Visit the Size Guide for Pets for instructions on how to measure your pet properly. 
• Check accessories regularly for wear, damage, loose pieces, or signs of chewing.
• Remove and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged.
• Always supervise your pet when using accessories.
• Pet accessories are not chew toys and should not be used for chewing or rough play.
• All pet jewelry should be taken off every day. Please inspect your pet's jewelry regularly. For your pet's safety, inspect accessories before each use. Discontinue use immediately if the item becomes frayed, torn, broken, stretched, chewed, has loose hardware or decorative components, or shows any signs of damage or excessive wear.
• Please do not attach harnesses or leashes to the pet jewelry. It is not intended to replace collars and harnesses that are specifically used for leashes. 
• For your cat's safety, we strongly recommend using a breakaway (quick-release) collar. These collars are designed to snap open if they become caught on a branch, fence, furniture, or other object, helping to prevent injury or strangulation.

Storage Recommendations

To help maintain your accessories:

• Store items in a clean, dry location.
• Keep smaller accessories organized and protected when not in use. Do not leave items with children ages 5 and under and keep out of reach of children. Many products—including phone cases, keychains, charms, pet accessories, and other decorative items—contain small or detachable components that could become a choking hazard if removed.
• Avoid storing items in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity.

A Note About Handmade & Decorative Items

Small variations, slight imperfections, and differences in placement may occur with handmade or decorated items. These unique details are part of what makes each piece special.

Please inspect all items regularly. If an item becomes damaged, frayed, torn, broken, cracked, chewed, has loose parts, or otherwise shows signs of wear or deterioration, discontinue use immediately and replace the item as needed.
