  • We only work with premium latex professional balloons like Kalisan, Decomex, Sempertex, etc. The latex balloons we use are 100% biodegradable. 

    We also use foil balloons; however, customers can often reuse these balloons if desired since they tend to last longer.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you decide on a date/time. We appreciate 3-4 weeks in advance; however, for large custom events, we may need up to 12 weeks in advance especially if items are required to be built or ordered. Please check out the detailed steps process and form under the Home page.

    For graduation and birthday balloon bouquets, we typically only need 3 days in advance. Keep in mind, if we are sold out of the balloon colors, we will inform you.

  • “Grab-and-Go Garlands” are a great option if you want to spruce up a space, but don’t want to pay extra for setup/breakdown.

    ALL Grab-and-Go Garlands come with detailed instructions and materials.

    Grab-and-Go Garlands range from 6ft, 8ft, and 12ft of garland options.

    We deliver Grab-and-Go Garlands to 22191, 22192 & 22193 for a delivery fee.

  • Since we work with premium latex professional balloons, these balloons tend to last longer. We have heard of some balloons lasting for over a month!

    Keep in mind, balloons must be kept away from extreme temperatures and pets. Please supervise small children at all times during and after an event if you plan to keep the balloons up. We absolutely cannot guarantee the balloons will last once they have been delivered or setup for the event.

    Environmental factors, include, but not limited to, weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of the balloon creations.

    We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. 

  • Yes! We provide rentals such as backdrops, freestanding columns, marquee letters, custom signs, lanterns, faux flowers and more! We are constantly updating our site. Ask us for more details if you don’t see what you are looking for. Chances are, we have it, we just haven’t posted pictures yet!

    Please keep in mind, we pick up all rental items and will be a part of the breakdown fee.

  • At this time, our focus is on balloon artistry, decor and rentals, but we have recommendations to great event planners in the area!

  • Reservations can be made under the “order request form” tab. This form can also be found on the home page.

  • We serve most areas in the DMV area - DC, parts of Maryland and northern Virginia.

    Northern Virginia:

    Fredericksburg, Stafford, Dumfries, Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Occoquan, Manassas, Gainesville, Haymarket, Reston, Ashburn, Tysons, Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, Chantilly, Centreville

    Maryland:

    Annapolis, Bethesda, Rockville, Chevy Chase, Gaithersburg

    DC:

    Georgetown, Capital Hill, Dupont Circle,

    Please keep in mind, a select number of items such as the balloon bouquets, balloon gift baskets and garlands-on-the-go are delivered in the Woodbridge, VA area (22191, 22192 and 22193) only. Please ask us if you have any questions.

  • Yes, we charge delivery, setup, breakdown/cleanup, and tax fees.  The delivery fee is determined by the distance from our Woodbridge location to your event location. Setup fees may be more depending on the labor we may need to hire or equipment we need to purchase for the event.

    There is an additional before hours fee for setup/delivery before 8 a.m. and/or after 9 p.m., which are outside of our core business hours.

  • We require a two hour minimum for on-site installations unless the design is easy to install. We will assess and discuss with the customer.

    Please keep in mind, large custom installations may take up to 6 hours for install.

  • Yes, decorating outdoors is very different than when we decorate indoors. We have to account for the weather, wind, sun and other factors and may need to utilize additional gear to keep the design in-place.

    Please keep in mind, inclement weather situations will need to be adjusted and moved indoors for the safety of our crew.

    If for some reason, an indoor venue is not doable, we will work with the customer on rescheduling to a later date that is available. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
