Our Process

Step 1
Please fill out the order request form below. Attach any inspirational pictures with your form. This will give our team a better idea of your vision. We will follow up via email within 24-48 hours. Balloon prices are listed under the “Balloon Menu” link.

Step 2
Once we provide a quote, let us know if you have any questions and we will schedule a call. Please also include any details that may have been missed in the order form. If additional decor, furniture, etc., is required, we will inform you and resend a new quote.

Step 3
Once details have been discussed, we will send over an invoice with your order. We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date and time for your event. We do not hold dates without a deposit.

Step 4
Outstanding balances are due no later than 10 days prior to scheduled event date.

Step 5
We will touch base with you 3-5 days prior to your event to go over your order again and confirm details. If changes are made by the customer, additional fees may be added.

Sit back, relax and enjoy your event!

Important Note
This process applies to larger custom designs such as arches, backdrops, garlands, and other detailed installations.
For balloon bouquets, gift baskets, and balloon stacks, our standard turnaround time is 2–3 business days.
