Please review our Crafting and Balloon Menu located at the top of page for pricing details. Prior to a phone call, we require all clients to please fill out the order request form below. This allows us to track requested dates on a first come, first serve basis. Attach any inspirational pictures with your form. This will give our team a better idea of your vision. We will follow up via email within 72 hours. The Craft and Balloon Menu prices are listed under the “Craft and Balloon Menu” links above.

Once we provide a quote and send back to your email, let us know if you have any questions and we will schedule a call to go over the details. Please also include any information that may have been missed in the order form. If additional decor, furniture, etc., is required, this is a great time to let us know and we will resend a new quote with the details.

Once details have been discussed and agreed upon by the client, we will send over an invoice, proposal with details and contract with your order. We require a 50% retainer fee which is nonrefundable to secure your date and time for your event. We do not hold dates until the retainer fee has been received and the contract has been signed by the client.

Outstanding balances are due no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to scheduled event date.

We will touch base with you 3-5 days prior to your event to go over your order again and confirm details. Please keep in mind that changes can no longer be made at this point since it is oftentimes difficult to order and receive supplies in time for an event.

This process applies to crafting events and custom balloon designs such as arches, backdrops, garlands, rentals and other detailed installations.

For balloon bouquets, gift baskets, and balloon stacks, our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
